| These General Terms of Trade adjust realization of the goods delivery by Company RAYFILM s.r.o., Otická 109, 746 01 Opava, Otická 109, 746 01 Opava, IČ: 25859706, DIČ: CZ25859706, further referred to as a seller. | ||||
SUBJECT OF FULFILMENT |

| The subject of fulfilment for these general business conditions is the acceptance of orders via the internet and a realization of the orders made by the purchaser. | ||||
ORDERING METHOD VIA INTERNET |

| After choosing the goods, filling in the personal details and sending the order, your electronic order becomes subject to a bilateral obligation after receiving an electronic confirmation (via internet) to an e-mail address, mentioned in your order. The proforma invoice will follow afterwards. These goods will be delivered according to undermentioned terms of delivery, specified in the proforma invoice as well. | ||||
TERMS OF DELIVERY |

| We usually send our goods within 3 days after receiving the payment. If the consignment returns because of not being collected, customer will be informed and asked whether another sending is required. If so, customer is asked to note that a double price of postage will be charged. | ||||
NON - EU COUNTRIES |

| For non–EU countries custom fees will be charged. Transport cost will be calculated and sent by email. | ||||

METHOD FOR GOODS COLLECTION |
- By courier - after receiving the payment a courier company will be used for delivering your goods to your address mentioned in the order. The tranzit time varies according to the country of origin of the consignee.
PAYMENT |
- In advance - by bank account transfer - a pro forma invoice will be sent to your e-mail address.
ORDER RECLAMATION |
| We are fully responsible for defect in manufacture and damages caused during the delivery. Customer is obliged to check whether content of the parcel conforms to the invoice or receipt. If incompatibility occurs, parcel can be refused. In case the Order Reclamation will not be handed over within 7 working days, the order is considered as a correct one. The seller is bound to:
- personal details will not be sold or allowed to any other subjects without owner's agreement
- delete personal details if customer asks for it (no reason is needed)
